Human Cells Require 4 Fuels To Thrive. Can You Guess Where You're Going Wrong?

1. OXYGEN

- Oxygen is our life blood, yet most of us are not breathing properly!
- Most people are using just 1/3 of their lungs and neglecting the lower 2/3 of their lungs
#1 cause of chronic disease is under-oxygenation of cells. Aka Sedentary lives
- Physical activity is essential for oxygenating the blood; strength training / cardio / dance / play sports / yoga
- Adopt Conscious breathing & breathe into your lower belly
- Meditation 

4. ELIMINATION

- Activate Lymphatic System (your body's waste disposal part of the immune system)
- This only works effectively when you are moving and when the body temperature is raised slightly
- Warm body up daily. Be active
- Yoga is fantastic for immune system, as is rebounding (trampolining)
- Lymph system eliminates through diaphragmatic breathing / skin / lymph nodes
